New Lupin is an intentional community of 64 low-income artists, healers, and professionals residing on 112 acres of beautiful land in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Committed to sustainable, mindful, and peaceful living in harmony with nature and each other, the community has developed 12 acres, with the remainder covered by a majestic forest of redwoods and oaks. As earth guardians, the residents of New Lupin strive to live in an environmentally responsible and community-oriented way.
